CSIR CBRI Notification 2024 Education Qualification
Applicants must possess Diploma in Civil Engineering/Technology with minimum 60% marks and 02 years of experience in relevant field.
Age Limit
Aspirants who want to apply for CSIR recruitment 2024 should be under 28 years. Reserved category candidates have upper age limit relaxation.
CSIR Technical Assistant Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Technical Assistant Competitive Written Test while selecting these posts. The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the applicants.
There are three papers scheduled for this examination, namely Paper-I, Paper-II, and Paper-III. Candidates must secure a minimum threshold mark in Paper-I to be eligible for evaluation in Paper-II and III.
The final merit list will be based solely on the marks obtained in Paper-II and Paper-III. The examination will follow an OMR-based format, comprising a total of 200 questions, with a duration of 3 hours.

Pay Scale
Shortlisted candidates for CSIR recruitment will be paid monthly salary of Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 based on pay matrix level-6.
CBRI Technical Assistant Application Fee
The Registration cost is Rs. 100 for general category candidates. No application fee for SC, ST, CSIR employees, ex-servicemen and women candidates.
